Naturopathy
Naturopathy is based on treating the cause of a health condition as opposed to the symptom.
A Naturopathic consultation educates the client in the art of healthy living, supporting the bodies own healing abilities with the use of natural and non toxic therapies.
Naturopaths are trained in a variety of modalities which can be drawn upon as needed, to help the client improve their wellbeing.
I have been practicing since 1998 and have treated many different ages of people from babies to elderly for a wide variety of health concerns.
Some of the modalities that maybe included in a consultation with me are herbs, nutrition, kinesiology, essentail oils, vitamin and/or mineral supplements, body talk and virus checking. Each consultation has an individual focus based around your needs
I find this method of healing very rewarding for both myself and my clients.
Massage
Massage is very therapeutic to the body; enhancing blood flow to the skin surface, gathering up toxins and moving them out through a stimulated lymphatic system. Aches and pains in muscles are eased and general relaxation occurs.
Here at Healthwise naturopathy I use organic Tui bee balms and Pure Fx essential body waxes with your choice of scent to enhance a feeling of general well being.
